Before you book
How is this different from a security guard?
The civic agent informs and mediates; they do not carry out private security duties. If the site needs security cover, that's a different role under a different contract.
Where is this service used?
Parks, sports and cultural facilities, communal areas in large residential complexes, and municipal spaces.
Can they step into a conflict?
They mediate and de-escalate. If something goes beyond their role, they call the police.
Can it be contracted for a season?
Yes. It's common to add cover over summer or during specific programmes.
