We leave the space ready for handover after building work: removal of debris, removal of plaster dust, cleaning of joinery, glazing and sanitaryware, and removal of adhesive residue and labels. It's the service that turns a finished building job into a delivered one.

Before you book
When is the post-construction clean carried out?
The effective approach is two passes: a deep clean once the trades finish and a final check after the last finishing touches.
Do you remove rubble?
We remove debris and packaging. Construction rubble is managed as waste under the main building contract.
Do you work for other building contractors?
Yes, it's an important part of this service. We coordinate directly with the site manager.
Can you do it at the weekend?
Yes. We fit the crew around the handover date, weekends included.
