How we work
Three steps
01
Technical visit
We measure up, check the existing installations and identify anything hidden before giving a price.
02
Itemised proposal
Fixed-price quote, schedule of finishes and a phased timetable. No open-ended items.
03
Execution and handover
A site manager coordinates the trades, with progress reports and a final snagging check of the finishes.
Frequently asked questions
Before you book
How long does a full renovation take?
It depends on the floor area and whether the layout is being changed. At the technical visit we agree a phased timetable, which is then set out in the contract.
Do you handle the building permit?
Yes. We apply for the permit or file the responsible declaration with the relevant town hall, and provide the technical project when the type of work requires one.
Can you live in the property during the renovation?
We don't recommend it for a full renovation. For a partial one, we plan by zone so the home stays liveable.
Do you work alongside an external site supervisor?
Yes. If you already have an architect or quantity surveyor, we fit into their planning and report to their technical supervision.
