Frequently asked questions
Before you book
Are the guards licensed?
Yes. All our staff hold a valid licence and TIP card, a legal requirement for carrying out private security duties in Spain.
Do you offer a 24-hour service?
Yes, with rotating shifts and cover for absences included in the contract.
When do I need a guard rather than an auxiliary?
When the post includes security duties reserved by law. We determine this at the site visit and confirm it to you in writing.
Can it be combined with technical security systems?
Yes, and it usually reduces the total cost: fewer staffed hours backed up by technical systems.
